Our Customer Solutions Programme will provide successful applicants with the opportunity to get a real all-round insight to each of our businesses and be part of designing innovative solutions for our customers.
Successful applicants will take on a number of challenging rotations during the two year programme across our business from our Customer Service proposition, to our Digital and Innovation journey, as well as our Operations and Payments businesses.
It is a fast paced and ever evolving area and we are seeking talented, innovative and motivated graduates to join our diverse team.
Over the course of the programme you will gain first-hand knowledge and practice of applying the principles of continuous improvement, lean operations and project management. You will play a key role in supporting the Group’s Digital & Innovation agenda. You will also be given the chance to develop your stakeholder management capability and will have the opportunity to work at a strategic level supporting a number of innovative change programmes.
As part of your time on the programme you will manage a number of projects to support the Working Together agenda, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Working Together is our people framework to deliver on the division’s key priority areas.
As well as this, all of our Customer Solutions Graduate Programme participants get the chance to undertake our Diploma in Banking, Operations & Digital which is in conjunction with UCD and the Institute of Banking.
Previous graduates have gone on to challenge for and secure Business Analyst roles right across the business, supporting innovative and dynamic change programmes.
