Throughout my career in Bank of Ireland, I have felt a clear commitment to embracing a welcoming, warm and supportive environment. I have worked in various divisions within the Group including Distribution Channels, Customer Products & Propositions and Bank of Ireland Life, and each role I have held has allowed me gain breadth that has been invaluable in enabling me to develop and progress within the organisation. I believe that having ambition coupled with resilience, has presented lots of opportunities for me without limitations, and I have found that some of the most challenging roles I have held are those that have given me the most learning, all of which I wouldn’t change.
My internal and external networks have been imperative to all positions, and never more so than in my current role as Head of Mobile Sales Force. This role affords me the opportunity to engage with senior leaders of large corporate and multi-national companies, as well as key government agencies focused on job creation to ensure we enable a shared goal of growth for all stakeholders.
