Since joining BOI in 2005 from KPMG I have held a number of different roles across the organisation. I initially joined IBI Corporate Finance where I spent my first 6 years in the Bank gaining valuable experience working on a range of corporate transactions across multiple industry sectors. In 2010, I joined Group Finance to lead the Group Planning and Analysis Team. Subsequently, in 2012, I was appointed as Head of Finance, Consumer Banking and to the Board of Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank and ICS Building Society. I am currently Director of Finance Strategy and Transformation and a member of the CFO leadership team.
I am thrilled that the Bank has formally commenced a journey of inclusion and diversity. I have been very fortunate to have worked with hugely supportive and inclusive sponsors throughout my career in Bank of Ireland and have enjoyed great career opportunities so far. Being a Mom and having a successful career has been absolutely possible for me in Bank of Ireland.
