I joined the bank in 1987 and my professional experience is in banking, operations and technology including senior management roles in recent years. I graduated from UCD in 1992 with a degree in English and History and I was selected for an internal IT education programme the same year. I am a working mother with 2 teenage children, Tomas and Kate.
Whilst the majority of my career has been in the IT organisation I have also spent some time working with the Retail and Operations business in change and programme roles. I have worked in Strategy and Planning, Programme Management, Service Management, Business operations, Cash management and Change management & Delivery roles across a number of businesses within Group Manufacturing. I have always placed a premium on - and enjoy developing - strong collaborative working relationships across the group.
I currently lead the Group Technology and Change Business Partner Team for Group Manufacturing, and represent my area of the business in the organisation-wide Inclusion and Diversity working group. I am looking forward to continuing to support this initiative over time.
