Our Audit division oversees and helps the Bank manage regulatory and operational risk. As the regulatory environment continues to change, the role of the Audit division is key in supporting all business areas across the Bank of Ireland Group to achieve their strategic objectives. The division leads the Group`s dealing with the Financial Regulators, provides independent assurance and conducts risk analysis of the overall risk profile of the Bank of Ireland Group.
This programme includes a number of placements across the Internal Audit teams. This will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of areas within the Group such as Retail Ireland, Corporate & Treasury, Finance & Accounting, IT,Business Insights & Innovation, HR and Risk.
What you can expect in return
This three year programme will also include considerable assistance to support you in attaining an accountancy qualification (ACA and/or ACCA), which is a requirement for any applicant to the programme.
You will also be assigned a mentor who will provide support, feedback, and assist you in your learning and self-development. Furthermore, you will receive relevant technical training within your rotations which will be delivered through `on the job` training and via our award winning Learningzone development facility.
