Purpose of the Role

This role is key to contributing to the team's success by meeting with customers to explore their current and future financial needs.

The focus is on providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring customer dedication. This position plays a key role in supporting the business development activities in the team through event management, securing customer meetings and proactive customer calls.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide quality service to customers in each interaction.
  • Play a key role in ensuring that Bank of Ireland is the leading provider in the local market.
  • Proactive recognition and referral of new business and actively pursue cross sales of Bank and Group products.
  • Provide team support on an ongoing basis and participate in all team sessions where required.
  • Maintain high standards in lending while achieving credit growth and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse team that works with our Bank at Work network of clients. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to improve their own experience in networking and build on their capabilities to be able to on-board new companies within the area.

Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.

This opportunity is based in Docklands region.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum Competency Code (MCC) applies to this role therefore APA Loans, Regulations, Savings & Investments is the required qualification.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role within finance or banking.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated drive and passion.
  • Good networking and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a flexible approach and experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
