Bank@ Work is our workplace banking channel, providing an added value service to a company`s employees through regular onsite visits offering one on one qualified financial advice and convenience of banking services at their place of work. Customers can also utilise a unique and dedicated website which provides regular updates, special offers and incentives.

An exciting Bank@ Work Relationship Manager role has arisen for a candidate that is a natural "people person", and has a demonstrated commitment to seeking the right solution or service for their customers. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that engages in a new and different way with our workplace clients.
The successful candidate will be accountable for proactively identifying new business opportunities with large corporate and multinational organisations, developing key business relationships and facilitating the identification of customers` financial needs across a broad product suite, delivering on key expectations. An important aspect of this position will be the facilitating of financial education seminars and business events, ensuring the generation of new business and referrals.
The position will be based in Dublin; however candidates will be expected to be flexible covering a broad geographical territory and may be required to use an alternative base location within the territory.
This role forms a key part of a revised robust structure to drive our business forward and deliver consistently to our customers. Thereforeit provides an excellent development opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who wants to work in a professional, dynamic and fast paced environment. The top talent we require for this role must have superior customer focus with the ability to build key relationships and thrive on delighting our customers.
You willhave the ability to work in a fast paced ever changing, dynamic environment, while demonstrating a proven ability to meet ambitious targets for winning and closing new business. The chosen candidate will be an experienced financial services advisor, with a professional and proactive approach to their work, taking ownership and responsibility at all times.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a full QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification, along with a Level 8 Degree in Business or a related discipline.
