Robotics - Business Analyst
Digital Operations is responsible for managing and developing on the technical operations infrastructure which supports both manual and robotic banking operations processing for Bank of Ireland Group. This infrastructure is built on a number of core components - Blue Prism RPA, SQL Server, HCL Toscana Workflow (T1 & T2), C #Data Bridge code, Amazon Web Services, EngageHub SMS platform and Tableau analytics.
The Business Analyst will be required to work on both the run and change side of digital operations. On the run side this will include analysis and reporting of run environment day to day and issues management. It will also involve vendor setup and governance. On the change side the role will involve analysis of business process to assess suitability for automation followed by production of solution design documents to support automation of business processes.
Location: This role is based in the Ops Centre in Cabinteely.
