We're constantly looking for ways to improve and serve customers brilliantly. Seemingly small incremental changes can collectively make a real difference to customer outcomes and processes, and larger scale change projects require a deep customer understanding to ensure they deliver against expected benefits.

We're looking for a customer focussed Business Analyst to lead on the delivery of the existing UK Savings change roadmap, along with identifying and improving bank processes, both customer and commercially driven.

This is a superb opportunity for someone with a business analytical background to gain exposure at senior level and to further develop managerial skills.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define detailed business requirements for change initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities that improve customer outcomes, or internal processes
  • Facilitate and support strategic discussions related to change with internal colleagues, third party suppliers and partners
  • Manage internal change governance to achieve expected delivery, budget and benefits. Gaining support from the relevant governance forums to obtain funding and change resource as required
  • Liaise closely with key internal stakeholders, such as 1st line Risk and Compliance teams to ensure proposed change meets appropriate compliance and conduct requirements
  • Where required, support the execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of managing change and leading initiatives to agreed deadlines and budget
  • Excellent customer journey / process mapping experience
  • Clear and direct communication skills, with ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to apply a risk and customer lens when evaluating change solutions.
  • Analytical approach to monitoring and reporting change projects, and their resulting benefits.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivlaent
