Purpose of the Role
To lead and deliver Issue Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) support andControl Test agenda across the Group marketing function. Also, to delivercontinuous improvement in RCSA and Issue Management outcomes.

Relevant academic qualifications (level 8 degree or higher) an advantage

Up to date knowledge of regulatory and industry good practice requirements for risk management in the financial services sector
