Please note the salary for this role is £17,000 pa

Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for inputting new business applications and providing a high level of customer service. Assessing finance docs and AML items for payment. Confidentiality is essential, managing high volume telephone queries from all intermediaries and responding to email queries. You must be a team player working in collaboration with your team and partners

The unit provides support services 7 days a week with the team being required to work on a flexible working Rota, including Bank Holidays, The units opening hours are - Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-5pm, the successful candidate will be required to be flexible around these opening hours.

Key Accountabilities

  • To ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy
  • To handle customer/Dealer queries as they arise by telephone & correspondence
  • To assess cases, prepare all necessary documentation and recommend for further action
  • To action incoming calls by telephone from customers/Dealers, whilst managing and prioritizing your desk
  • To provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues, and intermediaries
  • To maintain and accurately update data bases and spreadsheets
  • Be flexible in relation to after hours working and to provide cover in other areas, as and when required.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel), Proven experience of Data Inputting is essential.
  • Previous administration experience needed due to high volume of work produced
  • Proven evidence of good written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours
  • Proven ability to be able to liaise with Clients and customers on all levels
  • High organizational skills ie: Manage time/resources/schedule and prioritize
