Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced, supportive and motivational team. To get involved in all aspects of providing a wide range of finance products to a diverse group of intermediaries.

Hybrid working - office based with working from home option.

We have a hybrid working model, with home, agile hub and office based options available. We will always list a primary location which can be where you go for in person collaboration, and a location where you can best perform your role.

Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform accurate & effective data capture in a fast paced environment
  • Manage a high volume of email queries from a wide range of intermediary types. E.g. Motor Dealers & Finance Brokers
  • Confidently manage & service intermediaries via incoming phone calls.
  • Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis. Opening hours are Mon-Thurs 9-7, Fri 9-6, Sat & Sun 10-5
  • Provide support to other areas if business volume requires.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Dealing with customers in a professional and interested manner
  • A keen desire to seek solutions
  • Good knowledge of IT applications such as using email & internet
  • Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads while working in a fast paced, service driven business

Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act, FCA Regulations and Lending Standard Code, Data Protection & Money Laundering Procedures.

Previous experience in credit control / collection.

Effective negotiating skills.

Good awareness / keen curiosity about motor vehicle / model types.
