It is important to us that our customers can contact us and have access to teams of experts who can handle their queries. For this reason all calls are handled within the department.

As we approach the busy period of the year we are recruiting a number of temporary roles across a number of teams within the department. There are positions available in Risk Claims, Encashments and the Annuity & Payments team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering claims on all of the core systems BLISS/Life 400/Compass
  • Delivering a high class service to Brokers & NI Sales agents
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our sales agents
  • Adhering to the Service Level Agreements in place for claims settlement
  • Ability to work under pressure especially coming up to year end and in the run up to the budget
  • Answering all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adhering to all relevant Revenue Legislation where appropriate
  • Participate in individual and team development activities/training to maximise both individual and and team development

Qualifications Required:

Third level honours degree qualification (level 8 on National Framework).
