As the Project Manager you will plan, create and deliver the Collections & Recoveries Programme. You'll get the chance to work with a team of hardworking IT and Business programme and SME resources who'll work together to deliver business outcomes through this transformational programme.
You'll have responsibility for handling budget, reporting, programme dependencies and interlocks plus supplier engagement.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

The UK Operations business unit is a key enabler of this strategy and is responsible for all personal and business customer/account servicing, debt management, customer relationships (vulnerable customers, bereavements, and complaints), operational resilience, IT and Information Security and supplier management & governance in support of all solutions/Business Divisions, enabling standardisation, consistent service quality and standard processes sharing.
Collections and Recoveries UK sits within UK Operations and is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Bank of Ireland's collections & recovery strategy. This means balancing the recovery of debt whilst maintaining strong, positive relationships with our customers.
