Description of business unit
The Group Culture and Internal Communications function has recently merged under one team and has an important role to play in helping Bank of Ireland realise its Purpose, 'Enabling our customers, colleagues and communities to thrive'. This team works hand in hand with the business to drive cultural transformation, embed its values and connect colleagues with the Banks Vision and Strategy. As a result, this division crosses over every part of the bank and adopt a partnership approach to working with key stakeholders.
Purpose of the Role
As Bank of Ireland continues to transform, so too is how we communicate, collaborate with stakeholders and reach our colleagues across the group in an engaging way. Working with the Head of Internal Communications and the Director of Group Culture and Internal Communications the jobholder is responsible for co-developing and executing an engaging communications strategy for Bank of Ireland, aligned to the Group's strategic objectives. The jobholder will support the internal communications requirements of stakeholders within the Bank including: Group-wide CEO related Communications, Brand, culture programme leads and major change initiatives.

Commercially astute with experience of change management communications, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior leaders.
