Think no more, we have exciting opportunities for the right people to join a growing team partnered with these two brands to innovate from a customer perspective.

No need to balance short term targets in a product role with side of desk innovation or wish from your marketing role you could be more at the decision end. In this team you are working hand-in-hand with our partners to get under the skin of our customers and find out what really matters. And that is your focus - the customer.

You`ll spend your time considering how to make a difference in the end to end proposition, differentiating as you go so that customers are delighted and consumers attracted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core teams within CVP projects across partnership and Bank of Ireland product teams to drive best practice methodology
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to support CVP development working alongside the Customer Research manager utilising a variety of techniques from qualitative and quantitative to ethnographic
  • Utilise agreed frameworks and CVP methodologies to drive out the right innovations
  • In collaboration with stakeholder teams, e.g. product, risk and build teams, collaborate to put customer insights at the forefront of proposition whilst maintaining a commercial balance
  • Support the commissioning of innovation agencies by providing a robust assessment of briefs and agency proposals. Work with partners and agency to shape briefs and design outputs. Consequently manage budgets and related expenditure.
  • Work with the core project team members to ensure strong business cases are developed and workstreams are effective. Be able to deliver to demanding timescales
  • Demonstrate presence and gravitas when engaging with partnership stakeholders to share insights and outcomes
  • Work with Head of Customer Value Propositions to support the delivery of the Customer Value Proposition strategy

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A solid grounding in customer value propositions is essential
  • A good understanding of retail finance would be an advantage
  • Must have a strong focus on turning insight into compelling reasons to believe to drive the customer-focused agenda
  • Solid track record in working on innovation projects and with agencies
  • Skilled in managing projects (from start to finish with some oversight), writing briefs and demonstrating a solid understanding of eth CVP framework
  • Must be deadline-oriented and able to manage their own workload
  • A strong influencer who is empathetic to your audiences needs
