The AA partnership team manage our overall relationship and bespoke partnership governance framework with the AA. Through the development and delivery of the joint business plan the partnership team ensure that we serve customers brilliantly, deliver sustainable profits and transform the Bank.The PartnershipDelivery Mangeris a key role in the successful management of the AA partnership and is responsible for managing the development and delivery of the joint partnership business plan, aligned with BOIUK strategic priorities, and leading the delivery of key partnership customer, commercial and change objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the AA Partnership strategy development process in order to ensure that business has strategies in place to meet its mission and long term objectives.
• Supporting the build and delivery of Strategic Initiatives and customer centric propositions to maximise value for the Partnership
• Partner with AA counterparts in leading the development of a robust planning process, which embeds the partnership strategy and delivers a jointly agreed Annual Business Plan delivering the Bank's and AA's key objectives working closely with the Partnership Commercial team
• Support the Head of AA Partnership in the management of key senior stakeholders, ensuring key successes are communicated effectively, and key challenges are articulated, understood and actioned appropriately
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and engaging with the Customer Insight and Proposition team to drive out desired customer/ AA propositions.

Key skills & Experience

• Proven experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a strategic role
• Strong background and proven experience in both planning and programme management
• Ability to develop robust business plans and execute effectively in a professional manner
• Very high collaboration and partnering skills with ability to develop strong and trusting relationships internally and externally
• Decisive, strategic thinker
• Minimum 5 GCSEs A-C grades including Maths and English
