What is the Opportunity?

We are currently seeking to recruit Sales Advisors to train and complete the professional APA exams. Successful applicants will participate in a fast track programme to complete their professional exams through the Institute of Bankers of Bankers while working with our team in Direct.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start a career in Banking and gain professional qualifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum level 5 passes in 5 ordinary level subjects to include English and Math at Leaving Cert or equivalent or superseding qualification.
  • If successful you will commit to attaining APA Regulations, APA Loans and APA Savings Investment qualifications during the fast track programme and attain full QFA within 18 months of being appointed to the role.

  • Proven sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated capability to put the customer first in every interaction
  • Enthusiasm to adapt quickly in an fast paced, changing environment
  • High level of commitment and tenacity to achieve professional qualifications.
