The purpose of the role is the administration of existing Protection, Pensions and Investments policiesto deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring that the highest quality and control standards are maintained at all times.

Key Accountabilities

  • Administration of existing Protection, Pensions and Investments policies
  • Processing policy transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adherence to service level agreements and compliance requirements.
  • Efficiently resolving customer queries
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers and internal colleagues

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 5 passes (minimum Grade D) in Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate subjects, including Maths and English, or equivalent or superseding qualification. Fetac level 5. 3rd Level Qualification is desirable.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You will need a strong customer focus with previous experience solving customer queries either by phone or face to face.
  • You have good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative is key.
  • Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • An interest in financial markets combined with a willingness to complete industry exams (QFA) will ensure you can become qualified to do the job.


  • Experience working in the financial services industry is desirable.
  • Workingtowards industry exams (QFA)
