Bank of Ireland's Transformation Program is seeking to appoint an experienced digital transformation and business change leader to lead, oversee, monitor and drive strategic change programmes and initiatives; support the business in carrying out improvements and efficiencies and manage the Programme Management Office (PMO) activities.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the PMO office is to ensure that we implement new ways of working and bring a real focus, rigour and discipline in how we plan and manage our transformation, core banking system and strategic change projects. Transparency and accuracy in how we report against our plans and monitor our progress is essential.

What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will get the chance to drive, lead and support transformation and business change through CBSP, working closely with the Program Director and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the core banking system and strategic change programmes are scoped, planned, resourced, funded, procured, executed, governed and embedded effectively into the business.
