Description of business unit
The Infrastructure Operations Team operates within the Technology Services department of the Bank's Group Technology and Customer Services Division.
Infrastructure Operation's role is to "Enable the Service" through driving the Bank's Service Partners in providing the Bank with the Technology platform required to run the business effectively and efficiently, securing Customer and Bank data, improving stability and remaining current in order to provide a premier service to the Bank\\\'s customer base.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the IT Business and Process Information Analyst is to support the Service Performance Manager in the management the area's Finance, Risk, process automation and MI reporting requirements, in order to ensure the successful delivery of services within the Infrastructure Operations Team. The Business Information Analyst will provide support across a number of areas including:
