The IT Demand Management team is responsible for the review and approval of the ITService requests process. Engaging with the Bank's key IT Partners covering IT Infrastructure &Telecom provisions and Application support services the team ensures technically sound and commercially viable solutions are agreed and accepted by all relevant stakeholders in advance of their implementation.

The IT Demand Coordinator is responsible for understanding and anticipating customer demand for IT services and managing and fine-tuning the processes and associated engagements with strategic IT vendors to meet this demand
