The IT Division is responsible for managing the strategic IT landscape across all businesses within Bank of Ireland, enabling and improving the customer experience through technology. IT is accountable for the provision and maintenance of consistent and reliable systems to support superior and profitable products, services, innovative solutions and technological advice that will ensure the Bank can sustain and build the organisation.
As part of this two year Programme, you will learn more about the overall Bank of Ireland Group and will be afforded the opportunity to spend time with one of the main business areas that we support to gain an invaluable insight and understanding of key business drivers and priorities. You will also partner with our third party providers such as Accenture, Dell and IBM to deliver on IT solutions for the business.
The IT Graduate Programme will provide you with first hand practical experience in supporting all our businesses through Process Automation (Design and Implementation) and Infrastructure Design (Architects & Strategists) working across a broad suite of systems, emerging technologies and programmes.
As part of your time on the programme you will manage a number of projects to support the Working Together agenda, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Working Together is our people framework to deliver on the division`s key priority areas.
As well as this, all of our IT Graduate Programme participants get the chance to undertake our Diploma in Banking, Operations & Digital which is in conjunction with UCD and the Institute of Banking.
