The Pricing and Insights department is responsible for the pricing of New Ireland Assurance's products - both group and individual. The department is a key driver of the company's strategic sales and profitability targets.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the pricing of our individual products is accurate, thorough and timely.
What is the opportunity
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an agile team fully focused on driving the company strategy.
The role offers the opportunity to work with our distribution, actuarial & finance, risk, customer service and retention departments. It also offers the candidate regular dealings with senior management (MD, CFO, CRO, HOAF, Commercial Director) through presentations to pricing committee.
