Purpose of the Role:

Our consultants provide recruitment subject matter expertise to stakeholders including People Leaders and HR colleagues to ensure effective recruitment strategies are delivered. This is an exciting time to join us and rercruit for Bank of Ireland`s IT Core Banking Transformation Programme.

You will work with market leading technology and a dynamic and supportive team to enable you to source the best available talent. Working closely with our colleagues in HR and throughout the business, your day-to-day and project work will directly contribute to Bank of Ireland being an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business requirements and their impact and deliver quality recruitment solutions that are timely and cost effective
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process of internal and external vacancies, in line with Group Resourcing policies and procedures
  • Be accessible and responsive, clearly communicating throughout the recruitment process with all stakeholders
  • Provide support and advice on employment legislation, recruitment best practice, policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

Level 5 on the national framework of qualifications or equivalent or superseding

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • An established recruiter with either In-House or agency experience preferably for IT roles
  • Evidence of strong relationship building and networking capability
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, presentation and written
  • Ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data
  • Evidence of delivery within a demanding environment while managing conflicting priorities
  • High Level of IT proficiency

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • A relevant qualification in HR/CIPD or a desire to pursue your career within HR
  • Previous experience within a research field
