We are looking for a Recruitment Marketer to join our team and help tell the story of life at Bank of Ireland. We have invested significantly in our recruitment capability to transform how people engage with us, experience our culture and decide to work with us. Using a multi-channel approach, underpinned by data, we introduce marketing strategies and tactics to our recruitment processes to help attract and engage future talent.

This role will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Purpose of the Role:

As part of our Recruitment team, we will continue improving the experience for everyone who might one day be interested in working for Bank of Ireland. The focus will be on understanding our audience, and using data to figure out best sourcing channels for acquiring new talent.

Working with colleagues from around the Group, as well as external partners support this, you will develop great content strategies that highlight our employer brand, build email marketing and multi-channel campaigns. The role will require a high level of interaction with people managers, and senior colleagues in all parts of the Group.

Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.

This job can be done anywhere inthe Republic of Irelandwith the primary office location as Dublin to which occasional travel will be required, exact frequency to be agreed with manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build persuasive & engaging posts, emails, social media campaigns through a combination of research and collaboration with recruiters & the business.
  • Identify new channels of sourcing / recruitment in order to reach a broader audience in new demographics and geographies both nationally & internationally.
  • Generate business updates and reports using web and behavioural analytics to identify areas for improvement, seeking opportunities to improve conversions and generate quality applications for the business.
  • Work closely with our recruitment managers and their divisions, learning their business and developing a deep understanding of their markets - to deliver appropriate targeted messaging.
  • Content Management and assist in the ongoing development and improvement of our careers platform https://careers.bankofireland.com/
  • End to end event management for recruitment evenings and open days, including event design, content curation, logistics, and promotion, while tracking, measuring and reporting on event success.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an effective communication style appropriate to audience, culture, and situation.
  • A passion for working with technology, with an analytical mind set.
  • Strong resilience with experience prioritising multiple competing tasks.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field.
  • Prior knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • An understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools, building email marketing campaigns.
