This is an 18 month contract opportunity

The Group Performance & Reward Team is responsible for the development of performance and reward solutions across the Bank of Ireland Group

We work in collaboration with the wider HR Function and the Business to develop, design and implement performance and reward solutions, consistent with our culture, purpose and values, which support and enable the Bank of Ireland Group to meet its strategic objectives

Purpose of the Role

Our reward specialists provide performance & reward subject matter expertise to stakeholders including People Leaders and HR colleagues to ensure the Group`s performance & reward programmes meet the needs of the business

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse current business requirements and their impact and deliver quality, market based performance and reward solutions that are timely and cost effective
  • Manage a number of project work streams in the current reward program
  • Support BOI (UK) plc in meeting its performance and reward objectives, including preparation of remuneration committee papers
  • Ensure all solutions meet relevant regulatory requirement

Essential qualifications

  • A third level qualification in related discipline is essential and CIPD qualification would be an advantage

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working on all elements of compensation (base pay, benefits, short and long term variable pay) in a Reward function in Financial Services
  • Proven record in qualitative and quantitative reward research
  • Strong organising & planning skills with the ability to drive various projects to conclusion
  • Ability to establish credible professional relationships at all levels within the organisation

Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with the Willis Towers Watson reward methodology
  • Advanced excel experience
  • Experience in International Mobility
