Northridge Finance is part of the Bank of Ireland UK Plc and specialises in providing personal and commercial asset finance products across UK.
Purpose of the role
The Risk team is responsible for setting future RVs and commercial consideration around contract amendments and extension to achieve a balance between competitive pricing and the company's appetite for risk.
Assist in the maintenance of Residual Value & SMR database to ensure a robust and accurate vehicle database in line with the company's declared commercial and risk appetite.
Provide residual value calculations for bulk, high level, niche and bespoke vehicle quotations, including contract amendments and extensions according to company policy.
Carry out routine analysis of market movements and industry data to ensure appropriate position is maintained between database reviews, delivering periodic RV reviews to schedule, utilising standard industry calculation flows.
Be accessible and supportive toward all stakeholders through clear communication and a positive approach.

Essential skills and experience
Working knowledge of the UK new vehicle market across a range of make, model and specification
Evidence of advanced Microsoft Excel skill and a good knowledge of other MS Office products
Ability to understand and gain insight from technical information & data
Evidence of delivery within a demanding environment while managing conflicting priorities
Strong communication skills - verbal, presentation and written
Prior Experience in the UK Leasing industry Pricing and Risk functions
