Bank of Ireland Insurance Services (BIIS) currently distributes General Insurance products, including Home, Motor and Travel via the Branch Network, directly via the Call Centre and online. While maintaining recent growth trends, we aim to fundamentally change the way our business is distributed to favour Direct and particularly self-service channels to support this objective.
Purpose of the Role
Ensuring the delivery and adherence to the Group Risk strategy and the Central Bank requirements by providing oversight of all BiiS (BOI Insurance Services) Operational Risks, ensuring consistent governance and promotion of a culture of active risk awareness.

This is anopportunity to join the Bank of Ireland Insurance Team while supporting asignificant transformation journey, fundamentally shaping the roadmap for it. Our new propositions will be underpinned by leading edge technology, providing customers with a broadening choice of Consumer GI products, delivered by end to end digital sales and servicing customer journeys. Our strategy is focused on the needs of our customers and will drive growth through our Digital, Direct and Advisor channels significantly increasing our current product penetration across the Banks Retail Ireland customer base by delivering market leading digital first propositions.
