You will provide professional and timely support to the Customer Service team, taking ownership for monitoring and completion of key administrative processes to meet fast paced customer expectations and internal MI.
This is an exciting new role within a collaborative and diverse team where you will be responsible for reshaping and delivering enhanced support to the Customer Service department. Working closely with the Customer Service Director this is an ideal opportunity to build on your career to-date and experience a broader commercial understanding of the business and improve your capabilities.
