New Ireland Assurance effectively completes the administration of all New Ireland Assurance and Bank of Ireland Life's Individual and Group business. Our focus is on delivering outstanding service, and ensuring that the highest quality and control standards are maintained at all times.
The main purpose of this role is to certify the successful underwriting of applications within authority, in accordance with New Ireland philosophy and procedures.
The effective communication of underwriting decisions, and causes of action to key collaborators, adjudicating equitable resolutions in the most complex cases is a key area in this position.
There will be leadership on assigned projects and tasks, with representation of the team leader or Chief Underwriter in dealings with key stakeholders. An in- depth knowledge of underwriting and the wider environment, will help improve our proposition and service to customers.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to work in a dynamic and teamwork environment. If you are interested in progressing your career into a senior underwriter role, then this position will build a high level of career development for you, within New Ireland that you may require.
