Description of business unit
The Product & Solutions department sits within the Home Buying & Ownership business. The team drives and develops the Propositions, Solutions and Customer Strategy for UK Mortgage customers and how they interact with the Bank of Ireland. We work closely with all areas of the wider business to ensure positive and fair outcomes for all customers while also supporting the delivery of the Bank's commercial objectives.
Purpose of the Role
This role is critical in ensuring that business changes and improvements are properly scoped, meet customer needs and that solutions are aligned with strategy and the business architecture framework.
Note that this role does not include people management
What is the opportunity
Working as part of a high profile and collaborative team within the business to drive genuine change in the Mortgage Customer Proposition and the end to end Customer Journey. You will build strong relationships across the Home Buying and Ownership business and also have regular interaction with the Senior Leadership team.

Experience in mortgages - pre or post completion and a demonstrable understanding of the End to End mortgage process.
