The Group Technology & Customer Solutions division provides Technology Services & Solutions, IT Change, Payments and other services to the Bank of Ireland Group, through internal capability as well as management of external vendors and outsourcing partners.
Purpose of the Role
The Group Technology & Customer Solutions division provides IT Run & Change, Payments and other services to the Bank of Ireland Group, through internal capability as well as management of external vendors and outsourcing partners.
Performing a challenging and diverse role the Strategy & Planning Manager will directly support the Head of GTCS Strategy & Transformation Office and GTCS leadership team with Strategic and Business Planning. The role will include a blend of tactical, operational and strategic activities and is critical to provide alignment across the wider GTCS team.
The role holder will work with Senior Stakeholders from across GTCS and the wider Group to create appropriate business plans and implement new processes and approaches which contribute to the achievement of our ambition, purpose and values.
Support the Head of GTCS Strategy & Transformation Office to shape the mission, vision and strategy for GTCS, ensuring alignment to overall Group strategy. Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives/priorities.
