Northridge`s core growth market is driven through Motor Retailer in GB. In September 2018, Northridge acquired Marshall Leasing and will lever their expertise to drive Personal Contract Hire through the motor market.

Territory Manager is a key role within the Northridge Sales Team and our face to face presence with our Intermediary partners delivering expert support, coaching and management of accounts at all stages of the partnership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive and Targeted Territory Dealer Database Management
  • New business growth with an emphasis on development & relationship management thereafter
  • Maximise new business volumes from targeted accounts & manage margin income against budget
  • Regular reviews conducted with key supporting accounts.
  • Promote our online and other supported 3rdparty proposal systems, where appropriate
  • Manage dealer quality, in terms of selection, application and arrears, where appropriate
  • Promote and manage advance funding facilities to drive volume growth
  • Manage applicable Credit Applications to support any advance funding
  • Pay due regard to the interests of customers in all business actions.
  • Assist the delivery of key and new to Northridge retail products, such as PCH

Essential skills & experience:

  • Ability to manage a Sales Territory achieving results, in a challenging and highly competitive market
  • Team player with the ability to provide added value to targeted dealer relationships
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, energetic and achievement-focused
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst developing strong intermediary relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
  • Proven experience in Motor Finance Dealer intermediary sales
  • Full, clean driving license.

Essential education:

  • Minimum requirement 5 GCSE`s grade C or above including Maths & English (or equivalent)
