This role will cover Central/North West England from Stafford to Manchester Region

Purpose of the role:

Territory Manager is a key role within the Northridge Sales Team and our face to face presence with our Intermediary partners delivering expert support, coaching and management of accounts at all stages of the partnership journey.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Comprehensive and Targeted Territory Dealer Database Management - including New Dealer Prospecting
  • Regular reviews conducted with key accounts.
  • Monthly new business action planning
  • Maximise new business volumes from targeted accounts and manage Fees and Margin Income against budgets
  • Promote T365 usage from Supporting Dealers
  • Manage dealer quality
  • Manage all applicable Credit Applications and Advance funding facilities
  • Promote TCF outcomes in all business actions.
  • Essential qualifications:

    • Minimum education requirement 5 GCSE`s grade C or above including Maths & English Language (or equivalent)

    Essential skills & experience:

    • Ability to manage a Sales Territory effectively and achieve Sales Targets in a challenging and highly competitive market
    • Team player with the ability to provide added value to targeted dealer relationships
    • Self-motivated and achievement-focused
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
    • Proven experience in Motor Finance Dealer intermediary sales
    • Full, clean driving license.
