Our Northridge IT team are part of Group Technology & Customer Solutions (GTCS) area within Bank of Ireland and are responsible for the full end-to-end delivery and support of a wide range of applications used by Northridge staff and customers.
Northridge Finance is one of the UK's most dynamic and partner driven finance houses with over 60 years' experience providing personal and commercial finance to the Motor, Agricultural, Insurance Premium and Leisure finance markets.
Services provided by the highly skilled Northridge IT team range from systems integration architecture, design, security, application and API delivery including platform tooling and support.

The Test Engineer will be responsible for producing automated test scripts to support key software applications with automation a key factor and embedding within the TFS/Azure DevOps pipeline using C#, Selenium and Spec Flow.
Close interaction with stake-holders will be integral to the role, including business owners, GTCS colleagues and other partners.
The team delivers software following standard methodologies whilst also embracing new technologies. New projects are currently developed using .NET Core and are deployed using DevOps. The Agile/Scrum methodology has been adopted for delivery of systems and the role holder will be an integral part of the Scrum team, participating in Daily Scrum Stand-ups, Sprint reviews and planning meetings
Become an Integral and effective member of the SCRUM development team to develop a solid understanding of project and testing objectives
Attend regular SCRUM meetings
Contribute to implementing automated testing within the DevOps (CI/CD) pipeline.
Implement test automation framework in C# using Selenium, Spec Flow & Gherkin
Coding and developing automated integration, system and regression tests.
Create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
Adhere to all the Group controls, processes and solutions to minimise business and IT risk.
Operate in compliance with all Group, Legal and Regulatory requirements and standards.
Third-level qualification in Computer Related Field
