The successful candidate will join the Product Management team, a dynamic actuarial team which is responsible for the development of new products as well as providing expert technical support to Sales and other parts of the business.
The successful candidate will be part of the annuities team within the Product Management area. The annuities team is responsible for the pricing and development of the Company`s annuity offering. This includes both individual and bulk annuity business.
The ideal candidate will be a nearly or newly qualified actuary with at least 2 years` industry experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
Given the degree of interaction with other parts of the business, strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital. Strong analytical ability is important.
Experience of product pricing, product development and project management would be advantageous but not essential. Specific experience in annuities pricing or longevity would also be advantageous.
