Reporting to (title): Access Management Manager

Description of business unit

BOI Access Management is an area within Technology Services responsible for ensuring all aspects of User Access Management (UAM) and Access Recertification are designed and operating correctly. This ensures that Colleagues and Partners get the correct access they need in a timely manner. The team works across the BoI Group and with 3rdParties so that all UAM and Access Recertification processes are operated in accordance with the Bank's audit, compliance and regulatory obligations.

Purpose of the Role

  • Oversee the Group-wide processes and controls around UAM and operate internal controls where required.
  • Support the IDAM Sailpoint IIQ Project in designing and delivering a solution for User Access Management.
  • Support the major Programmes and Projects to ensure all UAM components transition to a live environment correctly.
  • Manage the issues raised from internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections - to ensure there are clear remediation plans in place
  • Key Accountabilities

    • Act as the main point of liaison for UAM for day-to-day operations.
    • Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the IDAM Sailpoint IIQ project.
    • Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the major Programmes and Projects as they transition through the Service Introduction process.
    • Act as main point of liaison for UAM on any audit or regulatory issue.
    • Ensure remediation plans are in place for all identified audit and regulatory issues.
    • Support the UAM Manager as necessary.
    • Contribute to the development of the BOI Access Management team.

The role touches on all areas of the BoI Group and with many 3rdParty Service partners and provide a wide and varied exposure to how these areas operate.
