Description of business unit
BOI Access Management is an area within Technology Services responsible for ensuring all aspects of User Access Management (UAM) and Access Recertification are designed and operating correctly. This ensures that Colleagues and Partners get the correct access they need in a timely manner. The team works across the BoI Group and with 3rdParties so that all UAM and Access Recertification processes are operated in accordance with the Bank's audit, compliance and regulatory obligations.

This role will provide the successful candidate with opportunities to get involved in significant changes that are happening with Access Management and to contribute to a team culture of continuous service improvement. The role touches on all areas of the BoI Group and with many 3rdParty Service partners and provide a wide and varied exposure to how these areas operate.
