Description of business unit
The Real Estate Advisory Unit was established to develop the property expertise and capability within the Group. The team of Chartered Surveyors provide specialist property advice to support the Groups lending activity and fulfils a range of functions including Property Valuations, Asset Management, Property Advice & Appraisal, Market Monitoring, Policy Guidance, Regulation & Training.
The Valuation Team, within the Real Estate Advisory Unit, is responsible for carrying out a programme of internal asset valuations across a broad selection of property assets within the Bank's portfolio. Due to an increased requirement for these services, a number of vacancies have arisen within the valuation team.
Purpose of the Role
These roles will join the team of Surveyors and will prepare valuations and reports on a wide range of properties in response to regulatory and risk management requirements.
