Meeting with new and existing personal customers to conduct financial reviews, identifying customer’s needs and advising customer on how to achieve their goals.
Interacting with a variety of customers, every day in a branch is very different so it never gets boring. I love taking on new challenges and meeting weekly sales targets.
The main challenge in my role as Customer Advisor is reacting to a constantly changing environment. Fortunately, the Bank and my colleagues give me support and the opportunity to learn and develop my skills. I also enjoy a challenge so it keeps me on my feet!
Working with such a great team and management gets me up in the morning.
