Now is the perfect time to join Bank of Ireland. Every other organisation you'll hear from will tell you how they prize their people. We aim to be different. How? Well, we're proving it. Every employee that walks through our doors enters an environment of nurture and care. We've built a place to be challenged and trained, a place you can really belong to.
We're interested in working with those that are good with numbers, and know customers inside and out. In short, we need people people. We're recruiting Qualified Financial Sales Advisors, for roles including Customer Advisor and Business Advisor positions. These positions will prove to be the first point of contact between Bank of Ireland and our community. So we need you to be not only proven in sales, but have an ability in managing referrals in a regulated, target focused environment. All the while, you need to understand how you can focus your energies to helping our customers in their day to day lives.
Our advisors are highly skilled and qualified retail bankers, with Business Advisors holding QFA qualifications, and Customer Advisors having a minimum of APA in Loans and Savings & Investments. Community means everything to us, that's why our Give Together initiative gives you the chance to help a cause of your choice. We top this off with free banking, preferential rates on loans and financial products, holidays and insurance funds and generous annual leave. This means we know you're being looked after in every other aspect of your life.
We're looking to invest in your future. Why? Well when you help our community, you're helping us grow too.
