This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Bank of Ireland UK's operational resilience programme, leading scenario testing across our important business services.
You will design, deliver and evaluate severe-but-plausible scenarios to understand how our services respond to disruption and whether they remain within agreed impact tolerances. Working across business and specialist teams, you will turn testing insights into practical improvements that strengthen our resilience and support our annual operational resilience self-assessment.

You can consider disruption across technology, cyber security, third parties, data, facilities and people to understand end-to-end service resilience.
Strong analytical and communication skills will help you turn complex or incomplete evidence into clear conclusions, prioritised vulnerabilities and practical actions. You will also be comfortable facilitating exercises and building effective relationships with colleagues and partners across different areas and levels of an organisation.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
