What does the IT Engineering & Delivery function do?

Our teams are responsible for designing, building, testing and delivering the technology that powers Bank of Ireland.  Our teams, based out of Dublin, Ireland and Belfast, and Bristol, UK enable the bank's digital transformation by modernising platforms, enhancing system resilience and accelerating software delivery. Our focus spans cloud adoption, DevSecOps, automation, cybersecurity and engineering best practices - ensuring secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.  We are fully embracing new ways-of-working such as Scaled Agile and from core banking systems to innovative customer-facing applications, we deliver technology that drives efficiency, compliance and offers the best customer-experience.
