This is an opportunity for a Business Analyst to work alongside a team of testing analysts, developers, business analysts and product specialists. The primary role of the Business Analyst is to understand the companies objectives and determine the technology resources they need to reach their strategic goals
Candidates should be highly professional, self-motivated with good communication and problem-solving skills and should have the ability to determine cause and devise solutions independently. You will have experience working with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall project delivery models, particularly within the financial services/Insurance industry!
Significant experience and knowledge of supporting transformational change and a solid understanding of all aspects of systems implementation and software development processes.
A consistent track record of strong presentation skills, ability to playback requirements to the business and lead demonstrations on recently delivered software enabling successful collaboration with key stakeholders; ability to translate client requirements into tangible requirements/ deliverables.
Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role;
Degree qualified in one of the following or related area: Business, Finance, Data Analysis, IT or information Management.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration -exact frequency to be agreed with manager
