We are seeking to recruit a Claims Administrator to join our Claims team. This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding role and involves working with many internal and external functions.
The role is an entry level position to be part of an established high performing team and to help customers during challenging life events.
The team is privileged to work directly with our customers and interact daily with members of three Distribution channels i.e. Independent Financial Brokers, New Ireland Financial Advisors and the Bank of Ireland network.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
The Income Protection Claims Team assesses and pays all claims arising from the Company's Individual and Group Life Assurance policies. The Income Protection claims assessors manage a portfolio of Claims from both our Individual and Corporate Customers.
Income Protection benefits are payable to our individual customers or members of group schemes if they are absent from work due to illness or injury. Due to recent New Business Growth, especially in the Group Risk area, the team is growing, and we now pay approximately 1,600 claims to our customers each month.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
