In this role you will

  • Lead a broad range of tasks relating to the general administration and business support obligations for our Group AVC Payroll portfolio of schemes.
  • From time to time be required to support ad hoc tasks to support specific initiatives or projects.
  • Deliver brilliant customer service in all transactions, including fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients.
  • Work in a fast environment across a number of different tasks and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Participate in individual and team development activities.

Essential Qualifications

Third Level or Pensions related qualification is desirable.

The New Ireland Assurance Corporate Pensions Department is responsible for the administration of Corporate Defined Contribution Pension and Group Risk Schemes

Our focus is on delivering a brilliant class service to our advisors/clients to ensure, firstly that we retain their existing business in a highly driven market and secondly, that the provision of high levels of service on existing portfolios is of assistance to our sales colleagues in securing additional Corporate new business!

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
