An exciting chance for an experienced business partner to work alongside senior partners in the Wealth and Insurance Finance team partnering our Distribution channels. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to combine your analytical skills and planning and forecasting expertise to deliver meaningful insights, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the growth of a life and pensions provider.
You are an experienced business partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of delivering results. Strong partner management and commercial awareness make you an invaluable partner in driving business growth. Analytical and problem-solving skills are paired with a passion for continuous improvement. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic setting, will ensure success. Someone with a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, who is able to handle cross-functional projects with ease, all while focusing on delivering positive business outcomes.
Qualified Accountant, with at least 5 years PQE and experience in finance business partnering in a prior role. Knowledge of the Wealth and Insurance Industry and Tableau is considered desirable.
The Wealth and Insurance division of Bank of Ireland is a leader in life, pension, and insurance solutions in the Irish market. This role is based within New Ireland Assurance, distributing through the Group's channels, financial brokers, and a tied advisor network. Passionate about retail and SME customers, we provide access to a broad range of protection, investment, and pension products, alongside home and car insurance solutions through established partnerships.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
