We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our dynamic team who will collaborate with our customers and colleagues daily. In this role it will be essential to provide unbeatable customer service with our personal and business customers as well as generating new business opportunities. Please note, this role will be required for a duration of 12 months.

In This Role, You Will:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience to our customers
• Follow all internal and external regulatory requirements
• Fulfil a distinct range of mortgage requests
• Be focused on continuously learning and developing
• Identify new business opportunities!
• Grow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks
• Perform duties in a compliant manor in accordance with policies and procedures

What Will Make You Stand Out?

You will have a strong customer focus and a proven commitment to the customer excellence standards at all times. Proven track record in Regulatory and Operational requirements. Self-motivated with demonstrated drive and enthusiasm and a proven track record in identification of Sales Leads and Referrals.
