In this role it will be essential to provide unbeatable customer service with our personal and business customers as well as generating new business opportunities. In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to our customers
  • Follow all internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Fulfil a distinct range of mortgage requests
  • Be focused on continuously learning and developing
  • Identify new business opportunities!
  • Grow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks
  • Perform duties in a compliant manor in accordance with policies and procedures

What Will Make You Stand Out?

You will have a strong customer focus and a proven commitment to the customer excellence standards at all times. Proven track record in Regulatory and Operational requirements.Self-motivated with demonstrated drive and enthusiasm and a proven track record in identification of Sales Leads and Referrals.

  • QFA or APA Loans, Regulations, Savings & Investments
