Bank of Ireland is changing how it provides digital services and has introduced a developer platform through its DevOps Centre of Excellence. To support this transformation, we have formed a Platform Operations team to maintain platform availability, assist users, and develop new features.
This senior role is to provide leadership to our platform operations team as it develops to provide outstanding services to our internal delivery teams!
We plan to develop this team into an SRE function within the bank, and the responsibilities here are listed with that ambition in mind.
You are a strong and experienced engineering/operations manager who will be responsible for:
3rd level degree in a similar subject area
EMS is a part of the Bank's Group Technology and Customer Solutions division. They handle software testing environments. The Atlassian Tools Team and the Tooling Team in EMS develop and operate collaborative and CI/CD tools for the Bank of Ireland.
